Pipeline: Onsite Welding & Installation
ENVFAB is proud to play a key role in some of the UK’s largest civil projects, offering expert on-site welding and pipeline installation services. Our team specialises in the fabrication, welding, and installation of steel pipelines directly at project sites, ensuring precision and quality every step of the way.
We employ advanced welding techniques such as TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), MIG (Metal Inert Gas), and Arc Welding, tailored to the pipeline material and strength requirements. This guarantees leak-proof, secure connections capable of withstanding extreme pressures and challenging environmental conditions.
After welding, our team collaborates with the wider network to install pipelines, either by laying them underground or securing them above ground, as per project specifications.
We also focus on vital aspects such as support structures, insulation, and corrosion protection. Every pipeline undergoes rigorous testing, including pressure and non-destructive testing (NDT), to meet and exceed industry standards for durability, strength, and leak prevention.
