ENVFAB were involved from the outset of this project, allowing us to identify potential challenges and risks before they became issues on site.

Working closely with our client, our in-house design team developed solutions to overcome these challenges and helped refine the final balcony design. The result was a truly bespoke balcony system. The 63 bolt-on balconies installed at Tustin Estate in South London provide exceptional outdoor space for residents, while delivering a modern and visually striking appearance that enhances the overall development.

The balconies required a top-down installation sequence, leaving very little tolerance for crane operations. This demanded extensive planning, coordination, and precision. On installation days, ENVFAB’s installation and lifting teams demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism, successfully installing all balconies safely and efficiently within the project’s constraints.

All balconies and walkways were installed on-programme, enabling our client to achieve the planned handover dates. The success of the project contributed to the client securing the next phase of the development.
