Envfab successfully managed a comprehensive process of designing, detailing, fabricating, and installing a wide range of structural elements and architectural features at a The Hub, on Buckingham Palace Road in London, for McLaren Group.

The Hub comprises of 100,000 sq ft of commercial office space and ground floor retail and leisure facilities.

EnvFab were responsible for providing a business facilities ladder, Central SQ Glass Panels,. Glass Balustrade Sky Lobby (including Level 6 & 7), a Level 6 Mezzanine, a L6 Guard Rail, Flowforge at levels 6, 7 & Roof, as well as staircase balustrade, wall gate & access Gates and ribdeck.

As a modification to the original plan, Envfab also installed secondary steelwork in the Colonnade section, showcasing Envfab’s adaptability in accommodating changes in project scope.

Envfab’s involvement covered a wide spectrum of construction elements, from safety features like balustrades and guardrails to intricate architectural components such as glass panels and mezzanines.
