Our Services & Products Used:
Envfab’s role encompassed the design, production, and installation of various elements:
- A weathering steel roof and gutter system, accompanied by galvanized primary steelwork, and weathering steel fascia.
- Weathering steel soffit panels featuring hinged panels operated by gas struts, facilitating easy maintenance access.
- Weathering steel vertical cladding panels and gates with a galvanized steel subframe.
- Weathering steel under stair storage cupboards, complete with doors.
- Galvanized primary steelwork for the platform canopies.
- Galvanized steel risers for flooring and ladders.
- Galvanized steel external staircases.
All visible components were meticulously assembled with concealed fixings and hanging systems, ensuring a uniform and tidy appearance with consistent shadow gaps. Furthermore, our scope extended to supplying various doors and gates, including bi-folding gates and roller shutter doors.
The project’s complexity heightened due to the requirement of delivering weathering steel in three distinct finishes—weathered, un-weathered, and new & blue. This demanded precise coordination in manufacturing and scheduling.
Despite these challenges, Network Rail, operating under RISQS, successfully completed the project within the designated timeline, meeting the client’s expectations.
