Eastwick Sweetwater
EnvFab were contracted by Balfour Beatty to design, produce and install steel products for the development of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London.
This included the design, manufacture and installation of 60 bolt-on balconies, each equipped with its own balustrade system.
Additionally, a substantial 1,500 meters of balustrade was meticulously installed across podium areas, terrace spaces, and inset balconies.
All materials underwent a meticulous process, receiving a galvanized finish, coupled with a PPC (Polyester Powder Coating) finish, delivering exceptional quality.
To achieve the high-grade PPC paint finish required for the upscale London flat specifications, EnvFab implemented a rigorous approach. After galvanizing, the steelwork underwent careful fettling and sanding procedures to ensure an immaculate surface, thereby optimizing the paint application for the finest end result.
As part of EnvFab’s comprehensive involvement in the project, we successfully completed the fabrication and installation of entrance gates, carpark gates, and bike store gates, contributing to the seamless overall functionality and aesthetic excellence of the development.
