Brunel Street

Envfab undertook a comprehensive project for The Vistry Group, involving the design, production, and installation of 3,500m of balustrade, specifically tailored for concrete balconies at the Brunel Street development in Canning Town, London. The project included the construction of 975 mixed-tenure homes and commercial spaces and a 152-bedroom Premier Inn Hotel.
Using both a galvanised and PPC finish of exceptional quality, all materials were meticulously treated to meet high standards.
Expanding our remit, EnvFab also managed the supply and installation of balustrades across podiums, terrace areas, and privacy screens within six buildings, spanning 12 to 19 levels, with wind mitigation screens a prominent feature. These screens reached a height of 2.5 meters and encircled the terrace areas at the top of each building. Crafted from mild steel with a PPC paint finish, these screens featured stainless steel brackets and glass panels, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
Despite challenges posed by the pandemic, EnvFab maintained seamless progress, meeting completion deadlines. We adapted to the extreme changes brought on by the pandemic, by reconfiguring our workshop layout and implementing measures to ensure separation among workers, allowing our operations to continue.
